I. General provisions

  1. website itmafia.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
  2. The website collects only the personal data necessary to provide services related to the contact form and marketing activities.
  3. Personal data are processed in accordance with legal provisions, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

  1. handling the contact form and communicating with the user,
  2. conducting marketing activities and sending the newsletter (after consent),
  3. conducting analytical activities (Google Analytics),
  4. profiling for marketing purposes (e.g. adapting content and offers),
  5. establishing and pursuing possible claims or defending against them.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter.

IV. Scope of data processing

The Administrator may process the following user data:

  • email address,
  • phone number,
  • company name.

V. Data processing period

  1. Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. newsletter, marketing activities) – until it is withdrawn.
  2. Data processed for the purpose of communication and form processing – for the period necessary to provide a response, and then until the statute of limitations for any claims expires.
  3. In each case, data may be stored for a period no longer than required by law (usually 6 years, and for periodic claims – 3 years).

VI. Data recipients

  1. Users' personal data may be transferred:
    • IT service providers used by the Administrator (e.g. hosting, HubSpot CRM system),
    • entities providing analytical services (Google Analytics),
    • entities authorized under the law.
  2. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. User Rights

The User has rights arising from the GDPR, including:

  • the right to access data,
  • the right to rectify, delete, limit processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal),
  • the right to object to data processing,
  • the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
